Ruben is a very well balanced sound moving dog with a very happy personality, his favorite playmates are Richard's grandchildren who's toys he wrecks but is a loving and trustworthy companion.

Ruben got himself lost for over a week living "rough" Richard and Janice searched day and night until they found him, he had kept himself alive by eating horse manure and was half the weight he should have been, he is in peak condition and continues to suceed in the show ring.
